💧 First 24 Hours

• Avoid touching your face unnecessarily to keep the skin clean and prevent irritation.

• Do not apply makeup, exfoliants, or face masks for at least 24 hours.

• Avoid saunas, steam rooms, and hot showers — your skin needs time to settle.

• Stay out of direct sunlight and avoid tanning beds.

🌿 For the Next 2–3 Days

• Avoid using retinol, glycolic acid, or salicylic acid products for at least 3 days after treatment.

• Use only gentle cleansers and hydrating moisturisers.

• Keep skin well-hydrated — drink plenty of water and apply a soothing serum or cream as recommended.

• Avoid waxing, laser treatments, or exfoliating scrubs on the treated area.

☀️ Sun Protection

• Apply SPF 30 or higher every morning, even on cloudy days.

• Reapply every few hours if you’re outdoors — your skin will be more sensitive to UV after treatment.

🌸 What to Expect

• Mild redness or tightness for a few hours is normal and should settle quickly.

• Your skin will feel smoother, fresher, and more hydrated within 1–2 days.

• Possible minor breakouts which should clear in 1-2 days.
