Do I need a patch test?
Yes — a patch test is required for lash lifts, brow and lash tints, microneedling, and some waxing treatments. You’ll be asked to book your patch test directly in the booking menu. It only takes a few minutes and must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Are your prices affordable?
Yes. As a home-based studio, we have lower overheads than large commercial salons, which means we can keep our prices fair while still offering professional, high-quality treatments.
What if I’m not sure which facial to choose?
Book the Bespoke Glow Facial. Kate will assess your skin on the day and customise your treatment to exactly what your skin needs — whether that’s hydration, exfoliation, deep cleansing or LED.
Is the studio private?
Yes. The studio is completely private, calm and one client at a time — perfect for anyone who prefers a peaceful, unrushed environment.
How long do appointments take?
Most facials take 60 minutes. Waxing, brows, lashes and massage vary depending on the treatment, and times are listed clearly in the booking menu.
What results can I expect?
Facials typically leave skin looking brighter, smoother and more hydrated. Waxing gives long-lasting smoothness. Lash and brow treatments enhance natural definition.
